1:1 Coaching for (expectant) mothers
As a certified coach and therapist, I offer tailored coaching for women before, during and after maternity leave.
This support can be offered as part of your company’s wellbeing programme or as individual sessions for employees who need extra guidance.
My approach combines coaching, psycho-education and practical tools — helping mothers recognise their energy leaks, practise healthy boundaries and rediscover calm amidst the chaos.
And yes — even the things you “shouldn’t say” are welcome here.

Maternity Leave Programme
A structured programme to support a smooth transition before, during and after leave.
Includes 4 sessions plus in-between support:
