General Terms and Conditions The Motherhood Movement

The Motherhood Movement (hereinafter: “TMM”) is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 96486546 and is located in Bussum.
Article 1 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all TMM services, including coaching, workshops, programs and courses.
By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Article 2 – Services and working methods
TMM offers guidance to mothers (and partners) through individual sessions, group workshops and programs.
The content of the services is always done in consultation, but TMM reserves the right to adjust the program or content if this improves the quality.
The customer remains responsible for choices and actions during and after the process.
Article 3 – Appointments and cancellations
Appointments for individual sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full amount.
Participation in workshops or programs can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the start.
Cancellation between 7 and 2 days: 50% of the amount due.
Within 48 hours: no refund.
In case of insufficient participants, TMM reserves the right to move or cancel a workshop or group trajectory. In that case, the full amount will be refunded.
Article 4 – Rates and payment
Rates are listed on the website or communicated in advance by email. All amounts are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated (eg for business services)
Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of non-payment, TMM reserves the right to suspend the service or charge administration costs.
Article 5 – Liability
TMM strives to provide high-quality guidance, but does not guarantee specific results.
Participation in coaching or workshops is at your own risk.
TMM is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of information or advice shared during the provision of services.
Article 6 – Personal Data & Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions and workshops will be treated confidentially.
Personal data is processed in accordance with TMM's privacy policy , in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 7 – Intellectual property
All materials, exercises and content provided by TMM are and remain the property of TMM.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use these commercially without written permission.
Article 8 – Complaints and disputes
Do you have a complaint? Please contact lianne@themotherhoodmovement.nl within 7 days after the event, so that we can look for a solution together.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In the event of disputes, mutual consultation will be sought before legal action is taken.
